How will this affect customers?

D-S and BE continue to provide services and support to all of our new and existing customers. There will be no disruption to your business. In the future, we will be leveraging our combined market presence to better serve our customers.

How will this affect warranties or service policies?

There will be no change to any existing warranty obligations or service agreements. We will honor all outstanding obligations and agreements.

Will the management of BE Change?

There are no changes to the BE management team. Gary Hughes and the BE executive team will continue in their leadership roles.

Do I still work with the people I’m currently working with?

The same team you have been dealing with, you will continue to work with. All employees will continue to provide service and support to our clients. Their current contact information (email, telephone, mobile) will remain the same.

How will this affect quotations, purchase orders, or other agreements?

All contracts and agreements currently in-place will continue as prior to the transaction. The existing BE company continues and operates as a subsidiary of Davis-Standard
